As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be part of an experienced and accomplished recruiting team from day one. You will be given as much responsibility and autonomy as you need, limited only by your own drive and talent. Individuals who are the most successful are self-motivated, self-directed, and possess highly developed communication and client-liaison skills.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of success in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Experience with sourcing and engaging passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other related tools
  • Experience cultivating strong relationships with decision makers, including Hiring Managers and other Talent Acquisition team members
  • Ability to navigate within Applicant-Tracking Systems (ATS) as well as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Healthcare, IT. and/or Life Sciences industry experience is a plus
