Tony Trasatti
Director, Recruitment Services
Tony Trasatti is responsible for developing new client relationships throughout the East
Coast and designing and leading recruitment project teams on long-term engagements. Trasatti's extensive recruiting
expertise provides operational and strategic insight into the day-to-day management of the sales, marketing,
and project management processes.
Mr. Trasatti joined DoubleStar in 2005 with an extensive background in specialized recruiting services from his successful
career in the Executive Search business. His experience ranged from starting a contingency-based recruitment firm to heading
a multi-specialty retainer search firm with major clients throughout the US. He personally worked directly with financial,
human resources, and operations executives in completing highly confidential and difficult search assignments.
Trasatti is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University in Marketing and is an active member of the Tri-State
Human Resources Management Association and the Society for Human Resource Management. He is also a member of the
Electronic Recruiting Exchange and the Eastern Technology Council.
